terms of service

these terms are an agreement between u and delulu ("we", "us") for using textdelulu.com and the telegram bot @DeluluAppBot ("delulu"). by using delulu u agree to them and to our privacy policy. if u don't agree, please don't use it.

u must be at least 13 (or the minimum age for online services where u live, if higher). if ur under 18, u need a parent or guardian's permission. romantic, sexual or otherwise adult character setups are only for people 18 and older, and by confirming ur 18+ u promise that's true.

every character on delulu, including delulu itself, is an ai. replies are generated automatically and can be wrong, weird, or out of character. delulu is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and it's not a replacement for real people or professionals.

if ur going through something serious or thinking about hurting urself, please reach out to someone now: ur local emergency number, or a crisis line in ur country (in the us, call or text 988). u deserve a real human in that moment.

characters based on existing shows, anime, games, books or people are fan-made tributes created by us or by users. delulu isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by their creators or rights holders, and all names, characters and trademarks belong to their owners. if ur a rights holder and want something removed, email support@textdelulu.com and we'll act on it quickly.

• any romantic or sexual content involving minors, including characters who are minors in their canon. zero exceptions.
• sexual content about real people.
• using delulu for anything illegal, to harass, threaten or impersonate someone, or to create content that promotes violence or hate.
• uploading content u don't have the right to share.
• trying to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around limits or safety systems, or resell access.
• creating accounts in bulk or with automated tools.

we can limit, pause or remove accounts or characters that break these rules.

u own what u write and upload. u give us permission to store and process it (including sending it to our ai providers) only as needed to run delulu for u. characters u create can be shared with others through share links, and characters other people added stay available to them even if u delete ur account.

• delulu is free with daily limits. premium gives u higher limits (like more texts per day and unlimited custom characters). limits can change over time.
• on the web, premium is $3.99 usd per month through stripe (local taxes may apply). on telegram, it's 300 telegram stars per 30 days.
• it renews automatically until u cancel. cancel anytime: on the web via "manage subscription", on telegram in ur telegram subscription settings. u keep premium until the end of the period u paid for.
• refunds: if something went wrong (like a double charge), email support@textdelulu.com within 14 days and we'll sort it out. where the law gives u extra rights (like in the eu or uk), those still apply.
• we may change the price in the future. we'll tell u before a change affects ur subscription, and u can cancel before it does.

we work hard to keep delulu running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. features can change, and the service may sometimes be down, slow, or lose data. u can stop using delulu anytime and delete ur account.

to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions u make based on what an ai character says. our total liability for any claim is limited to what u paid us in the 12 months before it. nothing here limits rights u have under consumer laws that can't be waived.

if something goes wrong, email support@textdelulu.com first. most things get fixed fast, and we'll try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days before either of us takes it further.

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of texas and applicable united states federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. any court case goes to the state or federal courts located in texas. if u live outside the us, u keep any protections that the consumer laws of ur country give u.

if we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell u in the app. using delulu after that means u accept the new terms. questions: support@textdelulu.com.
